What are the requirements so to rent a vehicle?
The renter must be at least 20 years old and must have a valid driver’s license for at least two years.
What documents do I need to present in order to rent a vehicle?
The documents needed to rent the vehicle are:
- Valid driver’s license.
- Identity card or passport.
Can someone else drive the rental vehicle besides me?
A second driver may be added where the same conditions as the first driver apply.
What is the final amount I will pay?
It depends on the type of car you choose, the rental days and additional equipment if available (ISOFIX child seats, Anti-skid chains), and additional services if available (Second Driver).
What are the payment methods?
The payment methods are as follows:

How can I reserve a vehicle?

What insurance does the company provide for the vehicle I will rent?
Our company provides basic insurance coverage (Included in the price).
What is the deposit amount that I have to pay if I make a reservation?
In order for the booking to be accepted you will need to pay 30% of the total amount in advance.
Will my deposit be refunded if I cancel my reservation?
If the reservation is canceled up to five (10) days before the rental starting date, then the amount will be refunded. If the cancelation request is made after this period, the deposit will not be refunded.
Can I use child seats (ISOFIX) in the rental vehicle?
Our company provides child seats (ISOFIX, for ages 1-13 years) upon request, at the time of booking.
Does the company cover the fuel I will consume?
Fuel consumption is covered by the renter. The vehicle must be returned with the same amount of fuel it had when it was received.
What happens if I delay the returning of the vehicle beyond what was agreed?
After rental period expiration, our company accept 29 minutes as (grace period). After this period, an additional day charge will apply.
Can I keep the vehicle for more days than agreed?
You can extend the rental time of the vehicle, if you contact our company in time, so to not distract other customers rentals.
Can I leave the border with the vehicle I rent?
The using of our cars outside the Greek borders is prohibited.
Can I return the vehicle to a different point than the agreed one?
Of course, this can be done as long as there has been a discussion and agreement with our company.
What happens in case of damage?
In case of damage, contact our company immediately.
What happens in case of an accident?
In the event of an accident, you must promptly inform the local police of the area where the accident occurred and our company.
How much will I be charged if the vehicle is damaged when I return it?
If damage is noticed on your return it will be assessed by an expert and then costed.
